Product longevity: For persons above the age of 16yrs mouthguards will need to be replaced approximately every 2 years dependent on the type of sport. Low impact sports have a much higher longevity which can be over 2 years. Compared to high impact sports the mouthguard should be replaced every 1-2 years to ensure proper fit and continued comfort/protection. Customers will be able to tell that their mouthguard needs to be replaced by feeling soreness and discomfort in the gums, as well as it becoming a loose fit.

Mouthguard fitting process:
– Our team are always able to come to you for fitting, quick 15-minute session, a mould can be taken, and design chosen.
– Otherwise orders can be taken through our website and an at home impression kit will be sent to your house.
– At home impression kit will be sent with a manual on how to utilize the impression kit as well as a link to your phone for a video demonstration also.
– Mouthguards take 7 days to manufacture at our laboratory.
– Mouthguards can be delivered to your residence via post or picked up from our laboratory, no appointment required.
– All our equipment and technology are compliant with the AHPRA requirements and Australian safety/business standards.
